Analyze network/host data (pcap, firewall rules, configs) to identify attack paths.
Research threat actor TTPs and tools; apply findings to engagements and detection.
Deliver clear reports and briefs with remediation priorities; support readiness via exercises.
Mentor peers, improve workflows, and share knowledge with the OT security community.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of hands-on ICS/OT cybersecurity (vuln assess/pen testing/red team).
Experience with Kali, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite Pro.
Experience with cyber threats, attack vectors, exploits, and TTPs; analyze data.
Excellent writing and presentation skills for technical/non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, collaborative; able to work independently remotely.
Willing to travel up to 30%.
