🎯 Requirements

• Strong design sensibility with systems-thinking; balance brand, prod, and business.
• Resourceful problem solver who preserves design integrity under constraints.
• 5+ years in packaging production, design, or artwork; expert in print and dielines.
• Adobe Illustrator and InDesign expert; Figma knowledge a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail; resolve artwork, copy, and layout inconsistencies.
• Experience managing packaging copy, labeling, and artwork accuracy.
