• Plan, build, manage, optimize, and scale paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta, with
• Manage and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns, balancing paid search
• Oversee day-to-day campaign execution across multiple e-commerce and select lead-generation
• Monitor campaign results, identify growth opportunities, and proactively test audiences, creative
• Analyze campaign performance using appropriate attribution and measurement methodologies, including

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience managing, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns, particularly on
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and
• Senior-level experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with the ability to connect paid media
• Strong understanding of media measurement and attribution, including MTA, MMM concepts
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similarly
• Advanced practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for analysis, reporting
