Senior Paid Media Manager

📋 Description

• Own paid media campaigns from planning and launch through daily optimization, beginning with Meta
• Analyze channel and blended performance to improve CAC, ROAS, lead quality, revenue, and
• Maintain reliable measurement across pixels, tags, UTMs, conversion events, conversion APIs
• Run a documented testing roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, offers, landing pages, and
• Deliver clear performance reporting, surface risks and opportunities early, monitor platform

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ hands-on paid media experience owning Meta campaigns and at least one additional major platform
• Advanced analytical ability across advertising platforms, GA4, dashboards, and business data, with
• Hands-on experience implementing and auditing pixels, conversion APIs, UTM structures, conversion
• Demonstrated discipline in designing, running, and documenting experiments, with the judgment to
