5+ years of paid media / performance marketing experience
Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Experience with GA4, Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
