🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience recommended working within a transactional or corporate practice group, or
• Thrive in high-volume, deadline-driven environments; can context-switch between competing demands
• Strong grasp of relevant legal concepts and commercial pragmatism; know when to flag something and
• Excellent written and verbal communication, crisp and concise.
• Self-starter with a builder's mindset; take ownership, spot inefficiencies, and look for ways to
• Exposure to private capital, fund structures, or investor onboarding workflows is a strong plus.
