📋 Description

• Build and scale the SI operating model and delivery program.
• Own partner readiness and technical enablement across ERP integrations.
• Serve as the first-line technical strategist for SI partners.
• Establish the delivery quality system with gates, reviews, and metrics.
• Design the commercial and capacity model with Channel and Finance.
• Lead expansion across products, ERP ecosystems, and geographies.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience scaling pilot to multi-partner execution.
• Experience in a partner-ecosystem tech business (ERP/SAAS).
• Ownership of implementation quality and customer outcomes.
• Technical fluency in integrations, data migration, ERP workflows.
• Commercial judgment to design partner packages and incentives.
• Ability to build 0-to-1 operating mechanisms with diverse partners.
