Senior Partner Development Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own the partner lifecycle: onboarding, activation, renewal; coordinate with BD for upsell opportunities.
• Drive partner operations and revenue goals via one-to-many communication; leverage automation and AI to scale reach.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure negotiated contracts and obligations are met.
• Define processes to enable royalty or revenue-share agreements.
• Monitor deployment health and partner satisfaction to identify risks, blockers, and progress.
• Develop automation-driven systems to surface program progress and partner success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing a portfolio of customers/partners; focus on retention.
• Comfort operating at scale with a 1:many engagement model.
• Experience building agentic systems to automate processes and scale.
• Experience helping partners navigate marketplaces and related transactions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and operational process optimization skills.
• Analytical with ability to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.
