Academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from a
Strong track record in strategy consulting
Demonstrated expertise in project management, process modeling, change management, information
Strong sales culture with the ambition to collectively win high-value missions with clients
Ability to demonstrate inclusive leadership to guide the team towards new challenges
Analytical and problem-solving skills in complex situations
