Recruit and onboard partners building agentic/AI-driven solutions
Shape agentic solutions with Algolia and partners
Collaborate with consulting partners to build and market agentic solutions
Develop joint value props with tech partners for customer value

🎯 Requirements

7-10+ years in senior Alliance, Channel or Partner roles
Strong technical fluency: APIs, search/AI, cloud infra
Familiar with agentic AI and accelerator programs
Experience with AWS, Azure or major SIs (Accenture, Cognizant, etc.)
Business-side understanding of SaaS, search/AI, headless commerce
Proven regional partner strategy and revenue impact
