Senior Partner Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own and scale partner marketing across ISV/SI partnerships in NA, APAC, LATAM.
• Build and execute joint GTM strategies to generate brand awareness and pipeline.
• Drive enablement with global priority partners and collaborate with sales.
• Establish Constructor as the category leader in AI-powered ecommerce search.
• Collaborate with partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to drive revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in partner/channel marketing at a B2B SaaS, with scalable partner programs.
• Experience building joint GTM strategies that drive brand, pipeline, and revenue.
• Build demand and enablement strategies positioning Constructor as top partner.
• Experience managing partner marketing across multiple regions; NA required; APAC/LATAM preferred.
• Cross-functional collaborator with Sales, Product, and Partnerships to align GTM.
• Data-driven with ability to set and report on partner KPIs.
