Senior Partner Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the operational execution for an assigned partner portfolio: configuration, file feeds
• Lead implementations and ongoing operational work for new and existing partners, coordinating
• Run partner-level escalations to resolution, looping in Partner Sales, Product, Client and Data
• Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio.
• Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders.
