Senior Partner Program Manager - Global Alliances

📋 Description

• Execute global partner program across five segments and track health.
• Drive enablement programs: training, certifications, deal desk, resources.
• Improve partner support infra (portal/PRM/help desk) and SLAs.
• Own onboarding/intake to reduce time-to-active across segments.
• Own partner agreement workflow with Legal and Finance.
• Apply consistent program frameworks across partners and segments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in channel program mgmt, partner ops, or alliances in B2B software.
• Proven track running partner programs across distributors, VARs, OEMs, GSIs.
• Deep understanding of indirect go-to-market, channel economics, lifecycle.
• Able to operationalize complex, multi-stakeholder processes without direct authority.
• Experience with legal workflows and working with Legal/Finance.
• Familiar with hyperscaler marketplace programs (AWS, Azure, Google) and co-sell.
