Senior Partner Programs Manager

📋 Description

• Own design and rollout of the Resell Program, ROE, bookings guide, and pricing book.
• Maintain and update the Partner Program Guide for accuracy and ease of reference.
• Build the on-ramp playbook from signing to certification completion.
• Design global process standards across partner lifecycle: onboarding, deals, co-sell, incentives.
• Drive Partner Portal design and workflows to reduce friction and improve experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in partner programs, channel ops, or partner management with a track record.
• Experience building or evolving a resell program, including ROE, pricing, bookings governance.
• Strong program/project management skills with exec-level readouts across multiple initiatives.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with external partners.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, defining new processes, and adapting quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate program mechanics into partner materials.
• High energy, detail-oriented, willing to travel for partner events and conferences.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and influencing skills across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
