📋 Description

• Create new business opportunities through partner collaborations.
• Sales activities with major partners (SIs, cloud providers).
• Propose Open Source distributed database solutions and support.
• Develop new agents and close deals; promote collaboration and negotiate terms.
• Build partner relationships and establish a tech support system.
• Formulate and execute sales promotion plans with internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in partner sales, alliances, or IT business development.
• Understanding of partner structures in the IT industry.
• Ability to negotiate with CXO-level partners.
• Ability to plan and act independently; lead from plan to goal.
• Strong passion for proposing ideas to expand partner business.
• Experience in a startup environment and fast pace.
