Senior Partner Sales Manager (Agentic AI Automation)

📋 Description

• Own full lifecycle partner management and revenue growth
• Independently explore enterprise end-customers and close deals
• Build dual growth via channel partnerships and direct sales
• Lead partner recruitment, onboarding, training and enablement
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product, delivery, legal, finance for projects
• Drive regional market expansion and GTM activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; Marketing/Business/CS preferred
• 5+ years B2B enterprise software sales
• Experience with AI, RPA, SaaS, ERP/CRM
• Knowledge of Reseller/ISV channel models
• Proven full-cycle enterprise sales track record
• Mandarin fluent; English working language; Cantonese a plus
• Eligible to travel within Mainland/HK
