📋 Description

• Guide customers and partners to design and build reliable, scalable systems using MongoDB's data
• Work closely with field partner leaders and play a key role in winning deals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to a wide range of users from startups to large enterprises
• Work with advisory consulting partners on reference architectures, patterns, and AI blueprints
• Articulate the business value of MongoDB solutions and bridge to technical value
• Support sales with technical discovery, demos, proof of value, presentations, sizing, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software and technical aptitude
• Working knowledge and ability to code with one or more modern scripting languages (e.g., Python
• Experience with scalable and highly available distributed systems
• 2+ years of software development experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
