📋 Description

• Create short-term and long-term roadmap and vision for book of partners, driving inbound co-sell
• Build mutual success plans with partners, establishing shared OKRs and driving ongoing engagement
• Work with partner-side Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams to launch joint offers, account
• Collaborate with partners to drive adoption of integrations and increase customer renewal and
• Bring partner resources and expertise in-house to drive integration adoption
• Monitor and analyze partner performance to optimize program impact and provide regular updates to

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in tech-related partnerships, sales, or customer success, with a track
• Ability to navigate and lead product conversations with confidence, demonstrating strong product
• Proven experience developing and scaling partnerships globally, with a track record of consistently
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with ambiguity, bringing innovation and good judgment to fast-paced, quickly changing
• Exceptional relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills
