📋 Description

• Develop and maintain close partnerships with key partners via visits and calls.
• Handle partner needs and issues through the lifecycle.
• Negotiate and secure exclusive deals with partners.
• Improve partner experience by addressing integration and booking issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic goals.
• Analyze partner performance and provide actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• You bring at least 5 years of experience in sales, customer success or related fields.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
• You speak German at a native level (C1) and English fluently.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.
• Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce and Metabase is a plus.
