📋 Description

• Develop and maintain close relationships with key partners through visits and calls.
• Handle all partner needs and issues during the partnership lifecycle.
• Achieve exclusivity targets by negotiating and securing exclusive deals.
• Optimize the customer experience by addressing integration and booking issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and support partner success.
• Conduct regular analysis of partner performance and provide actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, customer success or related fields.
• Native German and fluent English.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and GSuite.
• Understanding of commercial negotiations and pricing strategies.
• Experience in fitness/wellbeing industry is a plus.
• AI knowledge and experience are a significant plus.
• Salesforce and Metabase experience is a plus.
