  • Personally identify, sign, and activate referral and channel partners, including fund formation

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior client-facing
  • Strong understanding of private markets and how fund managers actually operate
  • A track record of building something from scratch, such as a partner programme, new market, or
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity, creating structure as you go, and owning a measurable
  • A senior operator who remains energised by direct execution: opening doors, running partner
  • Commercially sharp: you understand how referral and delivery partnerships work, what makes each
