Senior Partnerships Manager

📋 Description

• Personally identify, sign, and activate referral and channel partners, including fund formation
• Convert partner relationships into qualified pipeline and measurable partner-sourced ARR
• Structure and maintain relationships with regulated and specialist providers, including
• Close capability gaps so bunch can service fund mandates end-to-end across our markets, with
• Own commercial negotiation, pricing, and scope across partnerships, working closely with the
• Build the infrastructure behind the channel from day one: tracking partner introductions

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior client-facing
• Strong understanding of private markets and how fund managers actually operate
• A track record of building something from scratch, such as a partner programme, new market, or
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity, creating structure as you go, and owning a measurable
• A senior operator who remains energised by direct execution: opening doors, running partner
• Commercially sharp: you understand how referral and delivery partnerships work, what makes each
