📋 Description

• Own the partnerships powering payments on Dave's platform.
• Lead commercial strategy across your partner portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Ops to improve payments.
• Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions for payments tech.
• Monitor market trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for growth and platform projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in digital banking, fintech, or payments in product/strategy/partnerships.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen; revenue, pricing, contracts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder influence.
• Bonus: experience with card networks, payment processors, tokenization, fraud platforms.
• Bonus: familiarity with banking-as-a-service or digital banking infra.
• Bonus: experience evaluating build-versus-buy for payments tech.
