📋 Description

• Build and optimize payment routing across PSPs/MIDs and test scenarios.
\n
• Raise approval rate across geos/products; scale billing for new volume.
\n
• Find LTV growth points via billing: models, retry logic, pricing.
\n
• Analyze cohorts and the impact of billing on retention.
\n
• Launch and manage MIDs; build legal entities for different products/geos.
\n
• Set up payments for different business models (subscription/one-off/hybrid).
\n

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a subscription business.
\n
• Hands-on experience with payment systems and orchestration.
\n
• Strong understanding of subscription economics and LTV.
\n
• Experience with MIDs, billing models, antifraud.
\n
• Billing analytics: cohorts, LTV, retention, chargebacks.
\n
• Data-driven decision making; balance revenue and risk.
\n
• High ownership and proactivity.
\n
• English at Upper-Intermediate or higher.
\n
