📋 Description

• Lead payment risk ops across end-to-end lifecycle with monitoring and alerts.
• Identify risk scenarios, summarize patterns, and propose control optimizations.
• Conduct reviews for high-risk users/transactions and improve workflows.
• Analyze risk cases with analytics tools to reconstruct risk chains and mitigations.
• Monitor risk trends and contribute to early-warning capabilities.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in CS/Math/Stats/Finance or related.
• 3+ years in risk management in fintech or financial services.
• Experience in payment risk case analysis, transaction review, or fund risk handling.
• Proficient in Hive, SQL, and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of payment risk frameworks and fraud patterns.
