Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processes for assigned entities, from input collection through review
• Review payroll calculations across assigned entities for earnings, deductions, taxes, statutory
• Ensure payroll processing aligns with applicable country and local requirements, including
• Maintain a clear payroll calendar and control timetable covering data cutoffs, provider deadlines
• Manage relationships with external payroll providers, and other payroll vendors; monitor service
• Partner closely with People, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and other stakeholders to coordinate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on multi-country payroll processing experience, ideally covering the full payroll
• Strong working knowledge of payroll, tax, social-security, and employment-related requirements
• Experience with payroll reconciliations, general-ledger interfaces, bank files, funding controls
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including the ability to analyze large data sets, build
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for confidentiality, data accuracy, documentation
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and
