📋 Description

• Process global payroll across entities and EORs with 100% accuracy.
• Ensure on-time payroll deliveries across cycles and jurisdictions.
• Maintain compensation, benefits, and retirement data; audit records.
• Maintain country-specific payroll SOPs and documentation.
• Lead payroll automation initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' payroll experience across multiple entities/countries.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-time-zone communication.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; Rippling, MTH Numbers, Vistra preferred.
• Independent, resourceful with good escalation judgment.
• Knowledge of garnishments and local payroll mechanics.
• GDPR/ERISA/HIPAA/COBRA familiarity; experience with bonuses.
