Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll across all entities with accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain data integrity between HR, payroll, and accounting systems
• Partner cross-functionally to align total rewards data with financial controls
• Manage payroll- and benefits-related reconciliations and monthly/quarterly closes
• Serve as internal subject matter expert for payroll compliance, deductions, and year-end filings
• Design internal controls for payroll and benefits operations

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8+ years owning end-to-end payroll lifecycle in multi-entity environments
• Deep knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Proven ability to establish internal controls and audit-ready documentation
• Hands-on with payroll/HRIS platforms (Rippling, Deel) and 401(k) providers (Fidelity, Empower)
• Experience with integrated payroll, HRIS, and ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Collaborative and proactive across Finance, People, and Legal
