📋 Description

• Lead complex Canadian multi-provincial payroll activities, including payroll processing, balancing
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll matters, including retroactive calculations, corrections
• Act as a Workday Payroll subject matter expert by supporting configuration activities, testing
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve payroll processes, documentation, internal
• Partner with HR, Finance, Treasury, Tax, HRIS, external vendors, and auditors to resolve payroll
• Mentor Payroll Analysts by providing technical guidance, sharing best practices, and supporting the

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Canadian payroll experience supporting large, multi-provincial payroll
• PCP designation is required, while a PLP designation is considered an asset.
• Hands-on Workday Payroll experience is required, including exposure to testing, system
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving, Excel, and organizational skills are essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to explain complex
• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and French is required to support
