Senior Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Maintain and review payroll processing for timely, accurate payroll transactions.
• Compute and audit taxable wage/paycheck calculations.
• Update payroll data for hires, terminations, promotions, and pay changes.
• Manage tax notices and respond to employee inquiries.
• Perform state tax filings and multi-entity payroll reporting.
• Provide monthly payroll analysis and accounts reconciliation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Human Resources or equivalent.
• FPC or CPP certification is a plus.
• 5+ years multi-state, multi-entity payroll; Rippling/HRIS preferred.
• End-to-end payroll processing knowledge (salaries, deductions, etc.).
• Tax reconciliation and reporting experience.
• Excel and Google Suite proficiency; detail-oriented.
