Senior Payroll Analyst – India Payroll & UKG Experience Required

📋 Description

• Perform benefit deduction audits with PlanSource quarterly (U.S.)
• Support India Payroll and provide backup for EMEA and APJ
• Review payroll audit trails and preview files before processing
• Support global payroll projects and data validation with UKG
• Respond to employee inquiries on time-off balances and payroll
• Monitor payroll inbox, assign inquiries, follow up on resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years payroll experience required
• India payroll knowledge required (basic)
• US payroll knowledge preferred
• EMEA and/or APJ payroll knowledge a plus
• UKG experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
