Process biweekly non-exempt payrolls; assist semi-monthly multi-juri
Review timecards, payroll inputs, wage adjustments, and deductions for accuracy
Manage payroll mailbox; respond to inquiries; escalate complex issues
Process off-cycle and on-demand payrolls per policy and deadlines
Prepare, reconcile, and distribute payroll reports; maintain records
Partner with Talent Operations, Finance, and external providers on audits and improvements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
4+ years payroll experience; multi-jurisdictional payrolls
Workday Payroll and Time Tracking (PATT) experience required
ADP SmartCompliance experience preferred
Strong payroll tax regs, wage and hour knowledge
Detail-oriented; strong communication; able to handle sensitive info
