Senior Payroll Consultant

📋 Description

• Deliver seamless, accurate and compliant payroll for SEEK ANZ.
• Partner with HR, Finance and Leaders to keep payroll best in class.
• Drive automation and improvements to enhance payroll experience.
• Monitor legislative changes and maintain payroll governance.
• Create guides and processes to keep teams running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of end-to-end payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail with accurate payroll outcomes
• Experience with Workday and/or Ramco preferred
• Ability to interpret and apply payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Strong planning and organisational capabilities
• Exposure to payroll system implementations or process improvement
