Process monthly payroll to external vendor in compliance with policies and labor laws.
Ensure payroll calculations (salaries, overtime, taxes, deductions) are accurate.
Act as main point of contact for work schedules and attendance.
Prepare monthly payroll estimates, forecasts and related reports.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and data.
Partner with People & Culture and Finance to ensure payroll accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.
3+ years of payroll experience.
Fluent in English.
Excel proficiency: Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP.
Experience with local payroll software.
Strong knowledge of employment, social security, and tax legislation.
