Senior Payroll Implementation Specialist - NL & Belgium

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end onboarding for NL & Belgium clients
• Manage payroll implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and payroll software providers
• Ensure timely, compliant go-lives and maintain SOPs
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders during implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years NL payroll experience incl loonheffing, 30% ruling
• Belgium payroll experience incl ONSS/RSZ, Dimona, DmfA cycles
• End-to-end payroll implementation experience
• AFAS for NL; EasyPay for Belgium experience a plus
• Fluent English; Dutch or French a strong advantage
• Strong communication and ability to work asynchronously
