📋 Description

• Process and correct payroll transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key payroll deadlines.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and the Global Payroll Vendor (GPV) to process payroll and
• Review, validate, and approve payroll files and reports, including payroll reconciliation and bank
• Support pre-payroll activities, including finalizing data entry, reviewing master-data quality, and
• Resolve input and processing errors with third-party vendors and internal AbbVie stakeholders
• Support year-end payroll activities, including payroll calendars, year-end tax-report reviews, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 8+ years of payroll operations experience in-house or corporate, preferably in MNCs
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification or equivalent
• Working knowledge of Workday and integration with third-party applications
• Strong customer focus and commitment to exceeding expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
