📋 Description

• Prepare and consolidate payroll data across multiple entities and regions, ensuring inputs are

🎯 Requirements

• Deep knowledge of payroll compliance and German/DACH regulatory requirements
• Experience in Germany payroll operations with external processors or tax advisers
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy
• Strong collaboration across Payroll, HR, and Finance; comfortable with cross-regional coordination
• Fluent in German and English; excellent communication for engaging with authorities and stakeholders
• Experience with external payroll vendors and HRIS integrations
