Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of payroll across multiple countries
Manage end-to-end payroll process for multiple countries
Partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Mobility, and external
Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and outsourced payroll providers
Review and validate payroll inputs, calculations, and outputs
Prepare payroll-related month-end accounting entries, accruals, reconciliations, and support audits

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in payroll within multinational environment
Experience managing complex payroll in multi-country environment
Advanced knowledge of German payroll
Experience with external payroll providers is an asset
Figures oriented with exceptional attention to detail
Collaborative and partnership-oriented mindset
