Senior Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Be the primary owner of Pigment as our post-merger FP&A tool.
• Lead the operating plan and long-term model with rolling forecasts.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports; analyze trends and risks for execs.
• Build models: product P&Ls, automated customer cube, capacity.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate on ROI and KPI analysis for R&D and the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years total experience; 5+ years FP&A/Strategic Finance.
• Experience implementing Pigment (strongly preferred) and NetSuite.
• GAAP knowledge and three-statement modeling.
• Fluent in SaaS metrics and business models; explain to execs.
• Direct experience with R&D and/or G&A cost envelopes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with executives.
