Senior Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for six international entities across the UK, Ireland
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on schedule for each payroll cycle, maintaining data
• Monitor payroll compliance across supported countries, including payroll taxes, statutory
• Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and control checks, investigating discrepancies
• Maintain effective payroll controls and proactively identify potential risks, escalating complex or

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on UK payroll experience, ideally combined with experience managing
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, statutory requirements, payroll reconciliations
• Experience working with payroll platforms and employer-of-record providers; familiarity with Deel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple

🎁 Benefits
