Senior Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end monthly payroll for Gainsight India.
• Manage payroll partner relationship, SLAs, and filings.
• Coordinate with EPF consultant on provident fund compliance and filings.
• Ensure statutory compliance across EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, gratuity.
• Manage year-end activities: Form 16, tax declarations, settlements.
• Support payroll audits and maintain audit-ready evidence trail.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years Indian payroll experience; Bachelor's in Commerce/Finance/HR.
• Deep knowledge of Indian statutory compliance: EPF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, LWF.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers and external consultants.
• Strong payroll audits experience with reconciliations and evidence.
• Advanced MS Excel, Google Sheets; Slack collaboration.
• Strong stakeholder management across People Ops, Finance and vendors.
