📋 Description

• Run end-to-end payrolls for enterprise clients with complex cycles
• Own client relationships as the primary contact
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, including AI
• Act as payroll expert to support sales
• Collaborate across Implementation, Product, Success, Support
• Build knowledge of HR/WFM platform and its payroll connections

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on bureau payroll for multiple clients
• Strong UK payroll knowledge: PAYE, RTI, auto-enrolment
• Manage multiple concurrent payrolls at volume
• Trusted advisor to clients on payroll matters
• Curious, self-sufficient; bring ideas
• Startup environment; build processes, not just follow
