Senior PCBA Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the electrical circuit design for complex boards with high-performance processors
• Architect motor control, power distribution, and charging electronics for ChargePoint products
• Deliver designs balancing feature richness with cost-efficiency and long-term reliability
• Drive board-level architectures by distilling block diagrams into sub-components and circuits
• Develop from discrete circuits to full-scale systems, moving from lab to volume manufacturing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing electronic products for high-volume production
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline
• Proven experience implementing embedded processors, high-speed interfaces, and precision analog sensing
• Mastery of CAD, Schematic Capture, Simulation, and PCB Layout tools
• Disciplined testing and validation with precise documentation
• Ability to navigate software, mechanical, power, and thermal boundaries for holistic system performance
