📋 Description

• Build our talent pipeline. Source and engage candidates for nursing, clinical, engineering, and
• Run the top of the recruiting funnel. Conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, maintain

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately five years of experience in people operations, recruiting, or a role combining both
• Direct experience sourcing candidates and conducting initial screens.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling or a comparable HR and payroll platform.
• Strong organization and follow-through—you can manage multiple searches, onboarding timelines, and
• Clear communication, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Comfort working directly with founders, hiring managers, clinicians, and employees across different
