🎯 Requirements

5-7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in an HRBP role in a high-growth/tech
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead large-scale change in dynamic settings.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver solutions autonomously.
Builder mindset with flexibility; proven track record of developing and measuring people programs.
Strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to enhance employee experience.
