• Own talent strategy execution: calibration, succession, development
• Escalation point on PBP and employee relations; bridge to Legal
• Use people data and insights to inform strategy and interventions
• Leverage AI tools; build next-gen talent infrastructure
• Collaborate with People Programs to design frameworks and programs

🎯 Requirements

• Significant PBP experience for global org at scale
• Deep expertise in employee relations across multi-jurisdiction
• Drive talent strategy: performance mgmt, succession, career development
• Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder mgmt at senior levels
• Fluent written and spoken English
