📋 Description

Serve as strategic HR partner to Customer organization leadership
Lead workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning
Advise executives and managers on team structure and performance
Manage complex employee relations cases and investigations
Analyze workforce metrics to build evidence-based action plans
Mentor and coach HR Business Partners and lead HR projects

🎯 Requirements

6+ years HR experience, 4+ as HR Business Partner in tech/SaaS
Proven experience in workforce planning and organizational design
Strong advisory skills for senior leaders on organizational effectiveness
Experience leading organizational change and restructuring
Deep employee relations expertise, including complex investigations
Familiarity with HiBob or similar HRIS, Google Workspace
