Act as in-region PBP for LATAM; partner with leadership and GTM teams

🎯 Requirements

8+ years as HRBP or global HR role
Experience in fast-growing tech companies
Ability to shift between strategic programs and day-to-day needs
Solo/lead People partner experience for a region
Strong analytical and HRIS experience (Workday a bonus)
Business-level Portuguese and English; Spanish preferred
