🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology or
• Further education in conflict management, coaching, change management
• PHR/SPHR/CPHR Certification or other industry credentials
• Certified Coach
• 8+ years of Human Resources (HR) experience in a project-based, creative culture
• 3+ years of People Business Partnership experience
