📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on People Business Partner to managers and leaders, providing
• Lead and support performance management activities, including performance conversations
• Own employee relations casework for assigned client groups, supporting conflict resolution and
• Analyze engagement survey results, exit interview feedback, attrition trends, and other people data
• Help managers strengthen onboarding, feedback, career development, and talent management practices
• Support organizational changes such as reorganizations and headcount adjustments by assessing

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience delivering People Business Partner, HR Business Partner, or generalist HR
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust, influence managers, and effectively advise mid-level and
• Strong knowledge of performance management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness
• Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound judgments while
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret engagement, attrition, exit interview, and
• Experience working with HRIS platforms; familiarity with multiple HR systems is an advantage.
