Senior People Business Partner - Finance & Legal

📋 Description

• Strategic partnership: Partner with Finance and Legal leadership teams to turn business priorities
• Org design & workforce planning: Run headcount planning and partner on team design for Finance
• Talent & succession: Run talent reviews and calibration, and support succession planning for
• Manager coaching: Coach managers on performance, feedback, and team effectiveness. Help first-time
• Change management: Run change plans for organization, process, and systems changes, keeping people
• Employee relations: Handle ER matters with sound judgment and discretion, working with the People

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years as an HRBP supporting Finance, Legal, or
• Experience partnering with director- and VP-level leaders, ideally in a CFO or General Counsel
• An understanding of finance and legal roles, career paths, and talent markets
• Strong experience in talent management, plus hands-on experience with org design and change
• Strong judgment in employee relations, plus sound knowledge of employment law in multiple countries
• A high level of discretion with sensitive and confidential information
